- use describing words
- use powerful verbs
The sea was very rough. The waves crashed into the boat. The boat bobbed high and dipped low. The water splashed into the boat. Everyone was scared.

Hello there Patrick, I really enjoyed reading your descriptive text about the people in a boat during a storm. You have used very interesting words to describe the treacherous sea and how it tossed the boat around and frightened the people. Great job!
